学生客户经理

The 学生客户经理 manages all aspects of the 具有里程碑意义的大学 student billing system (accounts receivable), helping to insure the fiscal integrity of the College. The 学生客户经理 maintains billing accounts for all students including deposits 和 tuition 和 fee charges 和 credits to student accounts including disbursement of financial aid 和 cash payments 和 electronic payment receipts, as well as management of the College-wide debit card system. Student account statements are prepared 和 distributed electronically on schedule, approved by the College Controller. The 学生客户经理 works closely with the Controller to cross-check 和 correctly categorize disbursed financial aid in collaboration with staff of the 金融援助 Office.
